Terms of Service

This website and the demo request form on it. If your business has a signed agreement with Vayrk for the platform, that agreement governs your use of the product and takes precedence over anything here.

Submitting the form is a request, not a purchase, and does not create an account or an obligation on either side. We may follow up by email or by phone. We text you only if you check the separate text-message box on the form, which is optional.

The program. Vayrk demo request texts. If you check the text-message box on the demo request form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Vayrk at the phone number you entered, about your demo request: confirming it, arranging a time and following up. The box starts unchecked. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of requesting a demo or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Vayrk does not charge for these texts.

Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any text from Vayrk to opt out; after that you get no more texts unless you reply START from the same phone. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@vayrk.com.

Delivery. Texts are carried by mobile carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Vayrk texts only numbers in the +1 country code, which the United States, Canada and some other countries share.

Your information. The Privacy Policy says what Vayrk records when you check the box, whether texts are being sent today, and that your mobile number and your consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Give us real contact details. We use them to reach you about the demo, so wrong ones mostly waste your own time — but submitting someone else's details is not permitted.

Descriptions of what Vayrk does are marketing copy, not a warranty. Nothing here is a commitment that a specific feature exists today or will behave a particular way for your business. Where the product cannot yet do something, the product itself says so.

We do not promise the site is always reachable. It can be taken down for maintenance, and it can fail.

The Vayrk name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to Vayrk. Do not reuse them to represent another business or to suggest an association that does not exist.
